How to find us...
From A12 (Coming from London): Ignore the sign for Colchester Central (A133) and head for Colchester North.
Continue on for 3 miles, and then at the sign for 'Services', get in
the Left Hand Lane and continue for a further 1 mile.
Then take the exit signposted as 'Colchester North (A1232)/ Clacton
& Harwich (A120)'. Keep in the LH lane for 100 yards and then
take the exit signposted as 'Ardleigh/ Colchester North (A120)'.
At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit, signposted as 'Town Center
(A1232). Continue on this road (Ipswich Road) until you reach
a crossroads and traffic lights. Get in the far RH lane and turn
right into Severalls Lane, then take 2nd right into Wyncolls
Road, follow road round to the left, take 2nd left into Brunel
Way, then 1st left into Smeaton Close. Follow road round
to the right and mm productions are situated on the left hand side
next to 'Danes'.
From A12 (Coming from Ipswich): Take
the exit signposted 'A120 Harwich'.
At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit, signposted as 'Town Center
(A1232). Continue on this road (Ipswich Road) until you reach
a crossroads and traffic lights. Get in the far RH lane and turn
right into Severalls Lane, then take 2nd right into Wyncolls
Road, follow road round to the left, take 2nd left into Brunel

From A120 (Coming from Harwich): Take the exit signposted
'Colchester A1232'.
At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit, signposted as 'Town Centre
(A1232). Continue on this road (Ipswich Road) until you reach
a crossroads and traffic lights. Get in the far RH lane and turn
right into Severalls Lane, then take 2nd right into Wyncolls

From Colchester Town: Follow the Ipswich Road
to the Severalls Lane traffic lights (look out for 'Vauxhall'
dealership).
Turn left into Severalls Lane, then take 2nd right into Wyncolls
Road, follow road round to the left, take 2nd left into Brunel
Way, then 1st left into Smeaton Close. Follow road round
to the right and mm productions are situated on the left hand side
