Amateur Theatre Societies

Chelmsford AODS	Chelmsford, Essex. Two shows a year in the Civic Theatre.
Co-op Juniors	Ipswich based. Two shows a year, at the Ipswich Regent 1700 seat venue.
Colchester OS	Do one main show per year. CO2 - the youth group, also do one show a year. Both at the Mercury Theatre.
Dartford AODS	Dartford, Kent. Produce both musicals and straight drama at their own hall and at the Orchard theatre. Also have a youth group.
Herne Bay OS	Herne Bay, Near Canterbury. Produce two musicals a year, their main show is performed at the Marlowe Theatre, Canterbury.
Ipswich ODS	Ipswich, Suffolk. One main show at thr Regent Theatre in April. They also do a compilation show 'Sounds Familiar', at the Spa Theatre, Felixstowe in September.
Norfolk Youth Music Theatre	Much as it says. Info about the latest and forthcoming shows plus access to audition material.
Nottingham Arts Theatre	Recently saved from closure and now commercially run. The productions, however, are amateur, and there is a full season of straight drama and musicals.
Saffron Walden AOS	Saffron Walden, Essex. Have an active youth group as well as the main society. Perform in the town hall
Leeds AOS	Leeds, Yorkshire. Perform at The Grand Theatre, Leeds
Witham AOS	Witham, Essex. Two shows a year April and October in the Public Hall Theatre.
