Delivery

Areas of Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Please contact us for Delivery outside the UK.

Collection

If you choose to select the option to collect your order in person when ordering online or by phone you will not be charged delivery.
Orders can be collected from our outlet at MM Productions Ltd, Unit 10 Smeaton Close, Severalls Industrial Park, Colchester, Essex. CO4 9QY UK. However, we do ask that you contact us by phone to arrange a suitable time to collect. Collections can take place between the hours of 9.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday, and proof of purchase will be required upon collection.

Delivery Options

Our orders are dispatched using either Royal Mail Special Delivery, Courier Next Day Delivery Service or Royal Mail 1st Class Post (Sound FX CD's to US Only)
Orders which qualify for FREE delivery will also be sent using either Royal Mail Special Delivery or Courier Next Day Delivery Service depending on the weight of the item purchased. (Please see our 'overview of delivery options' section below for further details).
All orders require a signature on delivery. If there is no one available on delivery to sign for the parcel, a card will be left and the goods will be returned to the Royal Mail/Courier local depot for collection. Please note proof of name/address will be required when collecting your item from the depot.

Returns Policy

30-day Money Back Guarantee

We hope you are happy with your order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original, unopened condition within 30 days of the date it was dispatched and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item(s).

If you would like to return an item(s) under our 30 day money back guarantee, please contact us by phone in the first instance. Items that have had the packaging opened or seals broken can only be returned if the item(s) are faulty. When returning items under the terms of our 30 day money back guarantee, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. If following the return of your item(s) the original order weight of the item returned is over 5Kgs then free delivery will no longer be applicable, and you will be refunded the cost of the returned item(s), less the standard delivery cost incurred by us.

Our 30-day money back guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that an item is faulty, please contact us by phone within 7 days of receipt of your order and we will either arrange for a replacement item(s) to be sent to you or alternatively offer you a full refund in addition to the standard delivery charge incurred in sending the item to you and refund you the cost of posting it back to us.

Please note MM Productions Ltd will not dispatch any replacement item(s) until the damaged/faulty item(s) have been returned and received by us. It is our policy at MM Productions Ltd to check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event that we find no fault/damage or conclude that the fault/damage is caused by misuse, accidental damage, neglect or is inadequately packed upon its return to us, we reserve the right to refuse any refund for the item(s).

Stock and Delivery Policy

Stock

There may be occasions when products are out of stock and are not available for dispatch, or unavailable to purchase.

Should an item(s) be out of stock at the time of placing the order, we will contact you as soon as possible either by phone or by email advise you of the item(s) which are out of stock, the estimated delivery time so you can decide whether you wish to wait for the item(s) to be sent to you or alternatively to cancel your order, in accordance with our refunds and returns policy.

If part of your order is out of stock, and you have confirmed you would like to wait for the item to become available again we will part ship your order to you. If you would like to check availability before you place your order, you can contact us either by phone or email.

Some items within the MM Productions range are 'made to order' and therefore, we would recommend that the customer contacts us for an estimated time of delivery.

Some items within the MM Productions range are hand finished and may have what appear to be slight imperfections. However, these items are not defective or faulty, and products which fall into this category cannot be returned to us as faulty or defective under the terms of our returns and refunds policy.

Pricing Policy

MM Productions Ltd do not add any charges to their products for packaging or credit card surcharges.

The price shown on the checkout page of the order process is the total cost of the order including delivery.

MM Productions Ltd reserve the right to increase prices within its website without prior notice.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service. This may include passing your details to our vendors for them to send your order to you, and also passing your details to delivery companies so that they can deliver the goods that you have purchased.

The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and credit/debit card details.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law and the Safebuy Code of Practice. If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
